Southern Tier Wheelers (STW) has changed their methods of reserving and collecting fees for the weekends.
The new systems have been designed to clarify the charges for the attendees and make it easier to reserve and pay.
We now have a club Email account that will be the primary method for communication.

Camping Reservations:
We no longer collect camping fees for Camp Bell Campground, but working with the campground we offer a reservation form with a
menu of choices. The downloaded fill-able PDF file is simply filled out with your choices, saved and a copy sent to the club email address.
The club will forward a copy to the campground on Friday 2 weeks before the dance. At that time you have entered into a contract with the
campground and their cancellation policies will apply. Your charges will be paid directly to the campground at check-in when you get your site assignment.
Please note that the campground extends a 25% discount to club members. In order to enjoy the discount one needs to be a paid member and
reserve through this system. Campground rental units are handled directly with the campground and are on a first come first served
basis with the rest of the world so reserve early.

How we collect:
As part of the streamlining efforts we have worked hard to become more cashless as a convenience for both you and the officers.
Paying at the dance with a check is the preferred method and with our good members has been reliable

About the forms:
The fill-ins on the
forms are keystroke capture only and not like a smart tax form. There is no formatting or computations.
